eMail addresses placed in our database are never sold or redistributed to any other entity! They are used strictly in order to maintain this site, and where the user has agreed, to assist in communication between members.
You may upon joining select whether or not other members may contact you via email. If you elect to allow members to contact you, your email address will still be hidden from view. All first contact will be made via webform which does not contain your email address.
If you recieve unwanted emails via our system from someone you do not wish to correspond with do not respond via email. If you do they will then have your email address and we won't be able to stop them. Instead respond via the message board. If you continue to recieve unwanted email from them notify our management and the offender will be warned or locked out.
